About Fredrik Mandt
As a kid, I ran 1000 times around my friend's house non-stop. The reason why I ran was because people told me it was impossible. It was not impossible. It just took some time! My journey with great brands started as a handyman and test pilot for the legendary Norseman Xtreme Triathlon event in Norway. The first year, we painted the Norseman logo on white sheets. Today, Norseman is known for being one of the ultimate sports events on planet Earth.I have worked many years in the sporting goods industry, from developing challenging endurance events like Expedition Amundsen to managing the brands and marketing of some of the greatest sporting goods brands in the world.A fun fact about me would be that I enjoy saving OPEX on business trips. Instead of sleeping at hotels, I prefer to bring my sleeping bag and get out in the mountains.I`m back working at Norseman Xtreme Triathlon and our main project is to inspire ordinary people. The human body and mind are sensational, and it is important to demonstrate what normal people can achieve. Norseman's core values are relevant to the everyday life of people and organisations.
