From start I’ve worked with neutral consolidation and quite early I found it very enjoyable. I have worked with operations/customer services for a couple of years and that have gain me a lot of experience regarding what our clients need from an NVO. After a while I started with Sales and business development and that was spot on for me. To create relations with new clients and trying to find solutions for them to make their portfolio stronger are both important and satisfying.Work hard, always have an open mind for development and listen to your clients are three key characteristics that has made me who I’m today.
