As Sales manager my responsibility was to manage the sales process, the whole process from prospecting to writing contracts with new clients. I was also responsible in leading and developing sales consultants in their work with sales at Stratsys. I was responsible for a revenue budget within my business area!

As Team manager/Senior Consultant was my responsibility to manage and develop some of the largest client accounts at Stratsys. In addition I have responsibilities in leading and developing junior consultants in their work with Stratsys clients, as well as Subject Matter Expert for the areas of internal controls and risk management. I was also responsible for a revenue budget within my business area!The Stratsys tool covers strategic and operational planning, implementation of plans, reporting and analysis, as well as management consulting services in performance and operational management. The role as Senior Consultant covers both client relations and management consultancy to improve management and planning models. The majority of clients are companies and governments i Sweden.

Risk Consulting/Internal Audit. Worked within all the areas of GRC. The main areas of focus are risk management, process development, internal controls, project/program management, internal audit and the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance. The majority of clients are large multinational companies and organisations in the Nordic region.
