Following the acquisition of Vanadis Diagnostics by PerkinElmer, we completed the development, CE-IVD registration and launch of a fully automated system for non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) using cfDNA analysis. The system was launched globally with the ultimate goal to provide high-performance prenatal screening to all women. - Responsible for all R&D activities relating to the Vanadis system, product lines and roadmaps- Managed a cross-functional team of 30-40 R&D managers and scientists within reagents, instruments, analysis and SW- Site manager for the Sollentuna site including responsibilities for budget, legal, QMS, HR and other functions

- Responsible for development of the Vanadis NIPT assay, managing a growing team of 15-20 R&D managers and scientists
