Lead System Architect and pairing as a Scrum coach for a project with 15 developers.Part of the recruitment of consultant to the project. The projected started off with 15 developers in the room that did not know each other and that where expected to perform as a high performance team within month in order to meet deadlines. This was at a high degree achieved by many activities and continuous feedback to the team as whole and with personal feedback. The main challenges for my role as a system architect was to manage all the design decisions together with the highly competent in that high pace. The platform which I designed was a highly distributed, highly available microservice architecture. The project is based on many state of the art frameworks in the languages C++, Java, Scala and Python.Driver for the implementation of a CI-CD chain containing everything from requirement, to review, coding standard tests, full automatic regression tests, generation formal documentation such as requirement documentation, test specification, test report etc. to a release package that fulfills a complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

Automatic Number Plate and Vehicle Characteristics MatchingDeveloped an image analysis method for generation of unique "fingerprints" to enable pairing of two images of the same vehicle. Typically the images are captured at two different points in time and possible at different locations which render them quite different from one another. The method is a complement to traditional methods such as OCR if such method failed to identified the vehicle.
