Scrum master for two newly assembled agile web teams.

Acting as Program manager and Enterprise Agile Coach. The program’s mission is to offer centralized support in the process of building IT systems e.g. centralized support and guidelines for development tools, third party components, guidelines for safe code, code quality, automation, system documentation, etc., it also includes guidelines and support and offers coaching regarding processes in agile way of working. In order to achieve world class support, we build an eco-system where knowledge and good practices can spread and become norm with the least amount of bureaucracy as possible. We apply a self-service approach where everyone can adjust and improve “centralized support” content continuously. We also stimulate the organization to cross pollinate “good stuff” over team and business boundaries. Also acting as mentor and agile coach in enterprise agility and servant leadership, including mentoring and coaching management and business organization units.

Scrum master for a newly assembled maintenance agile team with an unexperienced product owner. Serving as a servant leader and agile coach, really coaching the agile team and guiding them to find their answers and actions for any problem they experience.

On behalf of the Swedish National Bank (Riksbank), we build systems that enable analysis of the financial market. I introduced vision and a product road map canvas inspired by the work made by Roman Pitchler. One key to our success were to improve transparency and visualizing the way forward (vision and road map). Also working closely together with our key stake holders with decision making when working with vision and road map, really made a big difference.

Agile transformation at a site with 80 employees. Worked as an Agile Coach with implementing agile in the organization. In this work I was teaching and coaching agile and Scrum to the whole organization including management, business people, Product owners, Scrum masters and world-class teams of engineers who love what they do. Scrum master for two distributed teams with members from Sweden, Estonia and China. In this assignment I lead and coached an organization unit to an improved agile way of working. We went from a team of about 28 people to four cross-functional teams. To handle multiple teams, we used concept and ideas from SaFE and LESS. We also introduced techniques like continuous integration, test automation and continuous deployment. Assigment at Ericson AB.

Developing systems with quality built in using scrum and XP-practices. In addition to participating in traditional IT projects, where I act as team leader/scrum master, I develop best practices and enterprise strategies around source code management, test and build automation, as well as the introduction and adaptation of working methodologies.

Developed mainly GIS applications. Was part of an agile team where we worked with influences from Scrum and Kanban.
