Thornström Brookfield Arkitekter is a Bergen-based architecture practice, founded in 2022 by Fredrik Thornström and Daniel Brookfield. We have extensive experience from established architecture offices: Daniel as a former partner at HLM Arkitektur and five years at London based Sheppard Robson; Fredrik with five years at MAD Bergen, in addition to employment at Saunders Architecture, LJB and Fortunen.Our ambition is to combine contemporary architecture with our existing built heritage, stitching together today's buildings with the built fabric of the past. We are committed to incorporating sustainability as a fundamental principle in our design approach. By combining theory, practice, and a sustainable principles, we believe that architecture can not only be remarkable and innovative but also contribute to a resilient future.
