Team leader of a design team in the development project Gripen F. As team leader of 11 design engineers in Stockholm working towards SAAB Aeronautics in Linköping a lot of responsibility where put in my hands together with a lead engineer to report and keep a close dialog with the project manager, other team leaders and lead engineers to strive towards the same goal and work efficient. The work involved setting up the time plan and making sure we follow it, coaching the design engineers, helping to find the good enough level, building a team spirit, setting up meeting structure and reporting to project manager.

Working as a design engineer on the Airframe structure, the work was a "spider in the web" kind of role to create a design that fulfilled all requirements from a strength and fatigue to a production point of view. Designing small parts like brackets to large frames and stringers. The work could vary from redesigning an already designed part to fulfill all requirements to a totally new article. From previous role this was in Stockholm at SAAB Surveillance office still working towards Linköping and SAAB Aeronautics. In Stockholm I was the first design engineer at SAAB Aeronautics sitting together with a group of stress engineers, which meant that all the new design engineer where put under my wings to be thought the way its done at SAAB.
