My job is to find, interview, test and select the best candidates within the Tech/IT (Software development) branch, no matter if I´m recruiting a consultant to Poolia or to one of our customers and partners. I do this by using tools like LinkedIn, advertising and search in external databases.As a Consultant Manager at Poolia it is my responsibility to ensure that my consultants are satisfied, develop in their profession and deliver at their assignments. I´m also responsible for, among other things, writing employment contracts, evaluating work environment and negotiations.
