RTE is one of the core roles in the Agile framework SAFe and a leading role to transform Volvo Cars to a monster in Agile Product development. As RTE I am also supporting the scrum masters and Agile teams with roadblocks and escalations and am making sure that the ART (department) are developing in sync with continously improvements to deliver value to the customers.

Responsible line manager for all System Project Leaders working with New car-, Model year's- and Running production projects within Seats. I am also line manager for several cross functional roles within the Seat's section such as CAE, Concept Engineers and Functional Owner.The role is brand new within the organization and is an enabler to be able to handle the complexity of the increasing amount of new car developments running in parallel. My aim in this new role within the organization is to further develop our program processes and information flow cross programs; leading to a leaner and more effective way of working cross programs. In the end it will result in even more fantastic seats for our customers world wide.

As line manager for 20 people I am not only responsible for the development of my employees, but also responsible for the technique and the development of all seats structures for Volvo's front and rear seats. I am responsible for technical commodity strategies, technique sign-off's (for both new development and updates in running productions), employee development and engagement. The work also includes supplier management and purchasing collaboration among others.I report directly to to the Section Manager.

As Product Cost Manager I am responsible for the reduction of part price on Interior and Climate parts cross all platforms. The scope is more than 70 projects progressing in parallell (mainly with timeplans from idea to production of less than one year). My team consists of approximately 12 full time engineers/project leaders as well as several of project leaders who are working partly together with me due to other assigments within Volvo Cars. I am reporting directly to the department manager and the Cost Manager responsible for all part reductions at Volvo Cars.

As business program coordinator I was one of ten members in the Business project team whose responsibility was to develop a new Volvo car. My responsibility within the team was to:* Ensure timeplan compatability and understanding across the different sub-teams (i.e Marketing team, Design team, Technical team, Purchasing team, Manufacturing team)* Tracking and developing Business cases* Keep security/privacy of the project* Agendasetting and decisionlog of the Businessteam meetings* Keeping the project team running smooth jointly with the Business Project Leader.

OAK Graphical Design creates graphical elements, logotypes and art for new and already established companies.

Responsible for Volvo's Front and Rear Seats footprint on platform jointly put toghether with Ford and Jaguar/Landrover (New S80/V70).Responsible for time, technic and costs / budget for Front and Rear Seats (incl. upholsteries) from pre-study to start of production.2005-2006 also responsible for Interior Safety (airbags, belts etc) as well as for the front and rear seats for the All-new S80.
