One of my first projects was to establish and lead the vertical farming initiative at IKEA, aimed at producing self-grown lettuce for all IKEA stores. Following that success, I became the Stream Manager for the IKEA Food project “Product Range Management,” where we developed and implemented a global range and forecast process for the entire food business.Since January 2022, I have been serving as Nordic Logistics Director at Logent AB for HelloFresh. This role presents a great challenge, overseeing operations with more than 1,000 co-workers in Sweden and 350 in Norway, working seven days a week in two shifts to produce HelloFresh’s food boxes.
