2005/01-2012/09: CEOAs CEO I was responsible for the company to reach it’s goals. During my time as CEO we grew from 3 to 18 employees. The turnaround increased from 3 millions SEK to 28 millions SEK and we reached the strategic goals that we had.I also had responsibility for the economy(CFO) and the daily operations (COO). But the most of my time I spent on sales and during the last years I worked with the most important customers. Often I was involved early in projects and helped the customers to investigate their needs and suggested solutions within their budget of the project. In larger projects I have been project manager. 1999/10-2004/12: Sales and CFO 1999 There was a shift of generations where me and my brothers started to operate the business our selfs. Except sales I was responsible for the economy and the administration.1994/01-1999/10: Seller with Technical responsibilityDirectly after my military service in the navy, I started to work in the family business as a seller. My father and my elderly brother taught me. I started my career as a seller with a telephone-book and made cold calls. During my first year we sold transparencies and after that we also started to import and selling color printers. I got technical education so that I could repair our customers printers.
