Main area: Supplier Quality AssuranceI'm in the logistics department as process owner and responsible for material, from Asia, USA and Europe, meet the production's requirements. I control what and how we inspect, reject and prevent future issues. This requires good knowledge with drawings, CAD and Gerbers and standards as AQL and 8D. I also coordinate the introduction of new or changed parts to manufacturing, where important tools are PPAP and 6 Sigma.

I kept a clear and supporting communication between R&D site in Sweden and the manufacturing/supplier site in Poland. It required regular traveling and the ability to learn new solutions quick in a way to re-educate it. I also supported the operation/logistic department with sales & purchase orders.

Studied a couple of software developer teams in both Stockholm, Sweden, and Shanghai, China. The study focuses on the Agile, Scrum, way of working and how to improve it.
