Responsible for managing and overseeing the Network Implementation department, which included delivery managers, delivery support, and delivery technicians. Together, our team provided data network services to Tele2’s enterprise clients. The role involved direct leadership of both department heads and individual team members. Successfully managed the merger of TDC and Tele2 delivery functions, leading and steering the change management process to achieve strong outcomes.

As technical product manager I am responsible to optimize existing and new offerings across the Product Life Cycle and to secure TeliaSonera’s number one market position. My main responsibility is to ensure the realization of offering- and product roadmaps for the B2B market. This includes executing market and customer requirements that can be translated into functional and non-functional requirements that will be developed by our technical, service and/or delivery organizations. It is the technical product manager’s responsibility to ensure that new and existing products, functionality and features (technical and non-technical) are fully developed as “customer ready offerings” and fully implemented across the Customer Life Cycle. As technical product managers I´m also responsible for driving and supporting continuous improvements for offerings/products and the delivery processes in order to improve customer experience, quality and cost efficiency.

Responsible to develop and maintain fixed telephony services/ products for Tele2 Business. Develop and refine process and routines where I specified requirements to the rest of the organization. During my time at Tele2 I for example defined and implemented a fully automated flow for Tele2s service, FVM – Fixed telephony over the mobile network. An automated flow from order to fully provisioned service delivered to the customer including hardware. - Define new products, features, and detailed product requirements in the area of fixed telephony and Switching (PBX)-solutions - Interface with Engineering and Roadmap evolution- Ensure delivery of critical features to the market- Interface with external suppliers and partners- Produce and update internal and external marketing material to support the sales organization, local marketing and customers- Execute the strategic marketing plan for portfolio in line with corresponding strategic business plan

Responsible form a technical perspective to meet the customer requirements and adapt them to Tele2s product portfolio. Being the link between the customer and the rest of the Tele2 organization to ensure that correct solutions where offered and implemented.As technical presale engineer i participated in the whole customer lifecycle, need analysis, offering and maintain/develop efficiency for our existing customers.Focus at this time was fixed telephony services (SIP and ISDN) and mobile integration between Tele2s mobile network and customers switching (PBX) -solutions.

Installed Switching (PBX) –solutions from the brand Siemens and Avaya. Installed and programmed the system according customers need and requirements. Responsible also for complex deals and offers to ensure that the technical solution can be realized.
