Building on a + 15 years career as a creative manager, team manager, designer, product owner, and entrepreneur. Currently taking an international master's in digital management (part-time) at Hyper Island, Stockholm. A course covering the most relevant challenges faced by industries today; managing teams and projects, digital technologies, business transformation, design management, and innovation. Exploring and utilizing of topics such as; VUCA, ethics, sustainability, bias-awareness, user-centered approach, design thinking, change management, service design, customer journeys, innovation matrix, lean start-ups, exponential organizations, stakeholder mapping, psychological safety within teams, diversity in teams, business model canvas, agile methodologies, team canvas, remote work, the double diamond model, graph databases, big data, AI, weaponized design, just to mention a few.
