CurrentWhen I started coreloop I had realized that the ways we connect and engage people in every context is considerably broken. Building on my background from creating games, architecture, interaction design & UX, I know that we really can design better experiences and outcomes in every domain, it just takes a few different lenses.Core loops are simple models that describe the journey of a player in a videogame. They lay out triggers, challenges and results over time. Much like a Customer Journey, but with the twist that they are simply beautiful loops, a symbol of infinity, something that emphasize what good interactions should be about. Businesses wants repeat customers and customers wants good experiences. Yin & Yang What I love about this model is that it's not about videogames, it's universally human. It describes motivation, challenges and feedback and can be used in every domain, every system. The loops can help understand what is going on in the past, present or how it should be in the future. They can create consensus and be used as communication tools to help fragmented organizations understand the complexity of reality. If any of this resonate with you, just reach out to talk about loops, lenses, gamification or design strategies for business.
