During my time at Softhouse I was able to take on a number of different roles. The one that I focused on was building my knowledge and experience in how we deliver software with the help of automation. I worked with setting up CD pipelines and configuration DevOps tools for my clients I worked with or teams that were part of Softhouse inhouse development.

I was assigned as the team lead of an agile software development team in Sarajevo, Bosnia. I worked mostly from our office in Malmö and about one week a month was spent in Sarajevo. The team develops a product that has the purpose of making booking meetings at companies simple. The team utilized the Meteor framework and javascript to build the solution.

I was part of a team responsible for facilitating the improvement of how deliveries and releases were done in a large (multiple teams) project at Verisure, Malmö. I worked together with the software development teams in the project to open up the possibility for continuous delivery on the services and applications developed. I was passion about bridging.

Between projects and assignments I was responsible for creating and improving the infrastructure for continuous delivery that is used for customer projects conducted in our office. It is everything from Git servers and code reviews to services for automatic builds, test and deployments. It also gave me much experience on how to introduce and encourage.

Responsible for the development of automated tests, management of test sessions and maintaining the test infrastructure in a project that developed a mobile solution for ticket purchase to public transportation.
