I have been working as a eLearning specialist in change management for the last couple of years. I have been developing courses where the focal point is the introduction of ways for the end user to work more efficient and to implement knowledge transfer and documentation. I am interested in problem solving strategies and when it comes to education, I have experience in both classroom training and web-based training. My ambitions are always to build better and more informative eLearning courses.
