To me truly successful projects are those where everyone throughout the project understands and keep focus on doing just the right things and are able to do them in a sustainable way with good humor and health, and where goals and results are achieved through intelligent and efficient work.Common to the projects I have managed has been a strong focus on actual result, where what to do has always been based on a clearly defined and relevant view of the customer and business value, and how to do it has always been subject to both smaller successive improvements as well as larger more far-reaching changes.My most defining personal qualities are that I am structured, analytical, inquisitive, driven and solution-oriented.
