At Vaaka, I was a part of three company teams, Unisport, LTP and Staria, where I acted as deputy board member and worked closely with the CFOs to drive performance management improvement.I was a part of the case team in Vaaka's investment in Staria. As a member of the team, I was responsible for building the operative and LBO model for the case, producing materials for internal decision-making and workshops with the owners. I also took part in the financing workstream, and led the day-to-day work of the Commercial DD worksteam. Thirdly, I prepared a multitude of reports both for internal and investor use, e.g. valuation analysis and monthly performance updates. I was responsible for developing a new board and CEO performance questionnaire, and for recruiting the 2021 Vaaka interns.

Worked mainly in a strategy development project regarding waste management and prepared a multitude of different proposals.

Leading Finnish consultancy in logistics consulting, incl. ports, shopping centers, food industry and other manufacturing.I mainly worked on two significant projects, where I developed calculations and simulation models for estimating the need of elevators in two new shopping centers Tripla and Redi, and took part in negotiating the right elevator amounts between different stakeholders.

Got to experience first-hand, how Finnish high-quality dental chairs are manufactured. Key learnings were in production management and process design. Besides building hundreds of components for the chairs, I contributed by designing and implementing a device, that cut the processing time of one specific step by 70%.
