Building Secure Smart Card Services and operations,Bringing usability into the IT-security area

My responsibilities at Heimore has been very various:When I started at Heimore it was a consultant company with high skill, the issue was that all contracts was administrated through third parties all the time. At the time I started Heimore had 8 consultants. Heimore was aiming for two different targets, first to own the contracts by themselves and second was to sell total solutions in the areas of Access, Identity and Log Management. Therefore my first mission was to create a market and a demand for our high skilled consultants, we created “teams” of Key position consultants and raised the price per hour with 40% - today we have about 25 consultants in those teams.The following mission/project was to create “quick start solutions” in those areas, called Express Infrastucture family. Every area has a readymade solution with, for example following components:- Base architecture- Projectplan- Documentation- Expert team - Customer Education- Vendor license Today we are delivering those solutions to public sector, manufacturing, and health care.My responsibilities is to create new markets and accounts which means a lot of “cold calls” , market activities such as telemarketing, arranging events and meetings.For example we have started “Heimore Security Forum” for our customers and prospects.Customers example:Swedish Schoolboard – RSA EnVision, RSA SecurID, RSA Access Manager, Entrust e-grid authentication , 8 projects- tcv 15 Milj SEKSwedish Tax authority – ArcSight SIEM – TCV 6 Milj Sek

 I´m working with medium and large accounts in the Swedish market, both public and private sector. My role is to provide our customer with IT-software/hardware based solutions, IS/IT design and architecture, variuos types of security investigations ( threat/risc, forensics, BCP etc).Customers example:Swedish defense – new secure platform for mobile workstation – outsourcing, tcv 150 Mil SEK (Security part 15 milj, PKI platform , antivirus, smartcards etc)ISS Facilities – Portwise Access and Autentication solution tcv 1,5 Mil SEKScania – Access Management Solution for mobile workers and service depots

 The target was to expand the security sales internal and external. I was working with KAM sales targets to deliver a certain amount of investments from their customers regarding IS/IT-security business. The daily work was to prepack the message in folders, Proof of Concepts , arrange seminars and education, of course the total sales process from cold call to negotiation.
