Coordinate setup and tear down services of T1 lines, insure router configurations are programmed and delivered with Desktop systems to remote site. Trouble shoot connection problems as necessary with Verizon Support Services and local contractors. Provide support for: Network monitoring and Security; VPN Tokens, Lotus Notes Administrator, researching of new equipment; installation and (sometimes configuration) of new networking equipment; assist with network projects; provide technical help and local assistance to the help desk; troubleshoot connectivity problems and maintain the data center facility. Served as Facilities Manager for HVAC, IT infrastructure and building repairs or upgrades. I ran the badge access system, installed the upgrades and oversaw all repairs to the doors and sensors and provided reports to the various Supervisors on the Call Center floor.

In between I was a Armed Roving Patrol on board 2 ships, technician on various Naval Systems and Commercial off the shelf systems; deployed to Antarctica as a PC technician; was a trained structural and aircraft fireman; Instructor of Naval Data Links, Leadership, Self-Defense, Anti-Terrorism, Physical Security and Naval Law Enforcement. Facilitated and managed projects involving multiple work centers including repairs to 2 Communications relay stations in Antarctica, Shipboard refurbishment and repair of 3 shipboard antennas (2 Satellite,1 HF), and multiple Curriculum Development projects for local and Contractor provided revisions. Proven able to work with all personnel at every level of the Chain of Command; served as Department Head, Assistant Officer in Charge and Operations Chief.
