As Senior Director, Professional Services I was responsible for managing the professional services practice for the third party logistics (3PL) vertical market. This included managing all business development activity to grow revenues from existing client base, managing a global solution center organization of over sixty management, operational, and technical resources, managing multiple project teams responsible for implementing EXE’s Collaborative Suite of products, and representing professional services during the sales cycle.

As Senior Project Manager I was responsible for managing over 20 implementations of EXE’s WMS Collaborate Suite of products for clients in the third party logistics (3PL), healthcare, retail and manufacturing vertical markets.
