Passionate educator dedicated to empowering students by providing a positive academic experience founded on the mastery of core subject content in Math, Science, and Language Arts. I meet students where they are acknowledge their path to current academic standing then immediately provide a positive proactive path with vision and guidance to graduate college ready, achieve post-secondary academic success, experience a rewarding professional career, improve their quality of life and give back to their community as a valued member. Currently researching and developing a K-20 program to assist all students with developing sound CCSS foundational knowledge irrespective of age, ethnicity, socioeconomic back ground, or academic standing by monitoring and making adjustments to flawed metacognitive academic problem solving processes. In addition to the metacognitive concept we will also be dismantling latent collaborative learning community activities in exchange for independent practice development of essential CCSS with the objective being all students functioning at or above grade level standards reflected on standardized assessments.
