While perfecting his trade skills, Fred saw a unique niche open in the Chicagoland market: a commercial/industrial contractor that could complete large projects while providing businesses with the personal service they deserve.

  Fred’s capacity within the company remains the same as it did at origination; Complete involvement with each project and respected business relationships with clients and vendors. Whether a project is 2,000 square feet or 200,000 square feet, Fred adds valuable input to construction scheduling, budgeting, and procedures. He is actively involved in the firm’s safety and quality assurance programs and partakes in vendor evaluations. As a testament to Fred’s work ethic and management methods, many clients have utilized Schramm Construction to complete additional work for their organization. After completion of a children’s classroom wing at Christ Community Church in St. Charles, Schramm was chosen for three additional projects: a 2,000 seat worship auditorium, The Hub Youth Commons, and KidsWorld. Meanwhile, the coveted Rich Harvest Farms also appointed Schramm Construction for repeat projects on the grounds including the Plantation House Kitchen and Dining Room remodel, the Harvest Lodge luxury hotel and suites, and the Hook a Kid on Golf corporate offices. One of Schramm's most notable projects is the Naperville Millennium Carillon, a 72 bell Carillon located in the heart of Naperville and one of the four largest in the world.
