As business development I was responsible for locating employment opportunities for folks with developmental disabilities.I formed partnerships with for profit companies to create business ventures and, contracted with companies and the state of New York to provide services as a contractor with our clients. Almost all the snow plows and state police cars in New York State used windshield wipers made in our facility near Albany with folks who were developmentally disabled.
