I am currently working as a Salesforce Analyst, using tools such as Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Permission Sets, Translation Workbench, DocuSign, Apex, LWC, Aura, as well as performing general configurations in the ORG. Package management in the project is carried out using the Flosum (DevOps) tool, for which I hold an Expert-level certification.I have also worked as a mentor for interns and possess strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English. This has allowed me to lead meetings with international clients in projects I have worked on. Additionally, I am able to communicate with Salesforce support in English whenever a case needs to be opened.

I worked as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, where I worked on several national and international projects. During my time at JFOX, I extensively used tools such as Apex, Test Class, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Reports, Dashboards, Profiles, Users, Chatter, App Builder, Formula Fields, Data Import Wizard, Data Loader, Conga Composer and other tools made available by Salesforce. My main focus was on Declarative Development, using the automation tools present in the system.Within the scope of project management, I was involved in the implementation of metadata and participated in projects that adopted the Scrum model. This provided my contact with tools such as Jira, GitLab, GitHub and Azure DevOps.
