Procure and maintain hardware, software, network infrastructure, and remote network as well as company website, email hosting, migration, and information security.▪ Licensing, Regulatory & Insurance: Oversee all government filings and registration, licensing, and taxation; oversight of all business insurance policies, ensuring compliance with governmental and client requirements.RECRUITMENT▪ Talent Acquisition: Recruit and manage the hiring process of internal talent as well as external consulting and interim managed services staff. ▪ Staffing across multiple industries - Pharmaceutical, Biotech, IT, Finance, and Publishing: Research Scientists, Data Scientists, Quality Assurance, Project Management, IT Support, Learning Management professionals, Accounting Professionals, Research Associates, Clinical Scientists, and more.SALES/ACCOUNT MGT▪ Sales: Spearheaded sales initiatives resulting in national recognition in Deloitte & Touche’s “Fast 50” and Technology Fast 500 programs, and recognition in Inc. 500 list of fast-growing companies.▪ Solution Management to clients in IT, Financial, Publishing, and Pharmaceutical; responding to client needs for outsourced web development projects and staff augmentation. ▪ Proposals/Bid Development: Responding to RFPs, developed, and presented proposals and bids for development projects and other strategic initiatives. ▪ Relationship Management: Manage and maintain consulting engagements with Fortune-500 companies and government agencies.
