CurrentDefine product direction for MiCloud portfolio worth $125M, managing market changes, P&L, and client relationships to meet strategic goals. Optimize existing Mitel products for cloud-based format, delivering both services and solutions for private, public, and hybrid cloud offers including scalable multi-tenant, multi-instance, and single-instance platforms. Selected Accomplishments:- Defined and implemented program to sell Mitel proprietary products and services to service providers, designing new commercial models such as subscription-based licensing to bring Mitel products to market in revolutionary manner. Introduced new program in 2012 and grew annual revenue stream from $7M in 2015 to $24M for 2018.- Defined and delivered Hosted Unified Communications as service offering, collaborating with cross-functional leadership team to develop prototype service and handing off operations to execution team for scaling. - Assumed ownership over cloud services delivery team to define and implement roadmap as well as optimize margin. - Implemented new operational processes for enhanced service delivery, reworking contracts with vendors and analyzing billing processes to highlight gaps. Implemented $2.8M in in-year cost savings, resulting in annual run rate of $6.8M in cost savings. - Initiated billing audit process, identifying $100K in unbilled monthly recurring revenue.
