The firm is winning while actively pusuing a growth strategy in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.Fred was Chief Executive Officer at Sunbolt where he grew the company into the leading manufacturer of solar-powered charging solutions in the country....with a blue chip list of customers in prominent universities, corporate campuses, municipalities, Federal government outposts and other unique public spaces.Fred’s professional foundation was built as a CPA at the Big Eight Accounting firm, Touche Ross & Company in Philadelphia.Subsequently, Fred became a senior executive at Pep Boys, the nation’s leading NYSE automotive aftermarket retail and service provider. As a member of the senior management team, Fred and his partners were responsible for transforming the retail brand into an industry-leading position, investment-grade credit and Wall Street favorite in the automotive aftermarket sector. Fred has served on many Boards including the Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, Council of Better Business Bureaus, Dear Santa Society and the East Falls Development Corporation. In addition, Fred’s professional affiliations include the American & Pennsylvania Society of Certified Public Accountants, International Mass Retail Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.Fred was educated at Drexel University in Philadelphia, earning a B.S., Business Administration and received his CPA license in Pennsylvania.
