For the last decade I have collaborated with product line management, project managers, regional sales managers and factories to drive a world class Global Demand plan process. I lead the Global Demand Planning Organization for the worldwide Leader in Optics, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing and Finance to define, improve and execute core Planning processes and strategies in a Vertically Integrated Supply Chain. Responsible for the development and execution of the global corporate build/revenue plan. Develop forecast and inventory strategies for FY19 company annual revenue goal of $1.3B. Analyze supply chain and financial information to ensure build plan attainment, inventory consumption and superb customer service level (on time ship complete). Manage production-manufacturing transfers to our overseas facilities in Wuxi, China / Ipoh, Malaysia / Sydney, Australia and Berlin, Germany. As S&OP process Manager we execute an accurate and timely forecast to downstream manufacturing partners for Standard production and NPI sustaining business within aggressive inventory guidelines.
