I joined the company as a Marketing Intern in February, 2010. I was part of a team that operates the promotional activities from 3 radio networks: Radio Globo, Beat98 and CBN. Some of the tasks I was responsible for were: creation of promotions, promotional activities and relationship with the listeners.6 months later I was hired as a Marketing Assistant (August, 2010), being responsible for creating and operating the marketing activites of Radio Globo. Became the marketing focal point of the netwotk, with straight relationship with the programmers and journalists, as well as the listeners. I was the responsible to supervise the intern team, in activites for Radio Globo and manage the network brand.1 year and 4 months later, I was promoted to Marketing Supervisor (December, 2011) and became responsible for institutional marketing section of Sistema Globo de Radio. In my scope was the brand management of all system radio networks, creation of promotional activities and events inside and out of the radio programming and team supervising: 6 interns and 4 assistants most.
