• Lead the Design, Installation, Network Integration and Activation for public, private, and military incarcerated facilities for all types of telecommunications and mobility hardware, including switches, routers, phones, tablets, and network devices for the Western region and US based federal, state, and county incarcerated institutions.• Manage Incarcerated telecommunication programs and projects from conception to completion, with specific focus and control on schedules and budgets and delivering 7-8 figure projects ahead of schedule and under budget for accelerated delivery, improved operational efficiency and reduced project overhead and expense.• Deliver secure wireless mobile devices and private cloud-based applications and capabilities to facilities and staff as well as inmates for secure private communication and learning capabilities for incarcerated facilities.• Provide remote and on-site management, training, and support for communication devices, programs, and projects at public, private, and military incarcerated facilities across the US and other parts of the world for secure friends and family communication.• Manage the budget, schedule, installation, and delivery of wireless phone, tablet, and device programs and projects at multiple federal, state, and county DOCs, institutions, and facilities across the US. This includes the network and IT infrastructure build out to support operational efficiency and communication for incarcerated individuals and facilities staff.
