Front End Lead Engineer
Current1. Team Leadership and Management:• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Front-end Developers• Assign tasks and set clear expectations for the team• Provide technical guidance and support to team members• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment2. Front-End Development:• Design and implement user interfaces for web applications written in Angular and mobile applicationswritten in Flutter• Ensure the team follows best practices and coding standards• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design mockups• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability• Debug and resolve front-end issues and bugs• Develop automated processes to ensure that applications can be easily white labelled3. Technical Expertise:• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Flutter/Dart• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm)• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end components• Collaborate with product managers during product discovery and product development• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals5. Quality Assurance:• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency• Implement automated testing procedures to ensure robust and reliable applications• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging front-end technologies
