Emerging Elites provides a science-supported system of training to meet the developmental needs of talented, committed and competitive middle school, high school and college athletes.Designed to develop the whole athlete, the Emerging Elites program surpasses traditional training and features a comprehensive approach that includes a diagnostic physical assessment, performance evaluation, individualized workouts as well as educational components. The Emerging Elites Program runs year-round with the focus on the Winter and Summer Programs, supplemented with coached training sessions in the Spring and Fall. The intent of the Emerging Elites Summer and Winter Programs is to provide student athletes with professional guidance and supplemental training when access to their high school and college coaches is typically prohibited.

Head coach and founder of the women's running program at Boston College. Led the women's cross country team to 6th place finish at Nationals in its second year (without scholarships), a school record that stood for 20 years (fall 2000). Three year record: 28-2.
