<> Develop relationships with hiring managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.<> Write and post job descriptions on relevant platform and social media.<> Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business, including employer branding campaigns and intern programs.<> Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.<> Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other designations.<> Provide day 1 orientation session to all new hired employees.

<> Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business units' hiring needs for every role, and to meet hiring goals and expectations<> Monitor the full recruiting cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, engage, and hire quality talents<> Partner with recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies, including employer branding campaigns, campus recruiting events and intern programs.<> Remain active with internal job boards, social networks, and local platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements<> Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other designations<> Collaborate with C&B team to manage headcounts on SAP HR system, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and resignations.
