Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to work on exciting projects, in wonderful teams, in a range of geographies. My formative years were at Randstad, the world's largest staffing and HR services firm. I learnt how to transform sales performance and service delivery, while improving productivity and creating performance driven cultures. Ending up in Sydney, Australia I then moved into consulting before joining a PE backed technology/outsourcing firm. I became part of the MiC team in 2017 as CEO and shareholder. Wrapping up a successful growth journey after 5+ years, I handed over the reigns and have since joined PaidRight.
