➢ Project manager for the integration of 13 locations and 500 employees from multiple acquisitions within the Global Knowledge infrastructure. This integration was completed in a record 6 months.➢ Designed and implemented the North America infrastructure with over 55 servers, 35 sites, and over 1000 end-users.➢ Promoted to Infrastructure Manager for North America, and managing 8 people.➢ Designed and implemented a fax solution with 1000 users and multiple Fax servers throughout North America.➢ Promoted to World Wide Exchange Manager. Responsible for the Microsoft Exchange environment for the company with 15 e-mail servers in 7 countries, 2000 end-users, and more than 5000 mailboxes/distribution lists.➢ Implemented a disaster recovery plan for the corporate network, systems, and the main phone switch in Cary.➢ Architected and implemented a new infrastructure throughout our European locations. This included installing routers, servers, and reconfigured the existing LAN to connect to the WAN. We connected 16 sites and 1200 users in less than 3 months.➢ Designed and implemented the Cooperate Microsoft Exchange environment. This expanded in 2 years to 8 servers in 6 countries.
