- Serve as Tour Guide for Distillery Tour and A Taste of History experiences. Provide customer service in visitor center gift shop. Run cash register, restock inventory, set up and other duties, as assigned.

Adjust master schedule daily to changing prioriities.- Manage job flow, supervise an Art Director and up to three freelance graphic designers, in-house and using virtual network, using Clients and Profits software to create job tickets and track time for 600-1,200 projects annually.- Work with all departments internally to provide graphic design services (both print and digital), coordinate, place and traffic advertising in trade and other publications.- Responsible for production of two days of Breeders' Cup World Championships (BCWC) Track Programs at Keeneland, Santa Anita, Del Mar, Churchill Downs, and other venues.- Produce other event projects: tickets, ticket folders, credentials, event brochure, Horsemen's Information Guide, and invitations.- Coordinate external printing projects with outside vendors: bidding process, production, proofing and delivery. Serve as internal expert in selecting the best vendor for printed projects.- Design, revise and update Racing and Nominations forms.- Traffic BC Challenge advertising projects with over 80 racetracks from May to October annually.- Maintain logo standards and jockey silks database with BC and NTRA. Distribute logos and silks.- Assist with BC Betting Challenge handicapping tournament at BCWC event.
