Building the cloud infrastructure for Child Support modernization.

- Administer and maintain 11 SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence platform environments which provide the reporting infrastructure for over 2,500 Child Support Division staff- Conduct quarterly SAS Enterprise Guide training workshops to develop and enhance ad hoc reporting capabilities and workflows for over 100 staff per year- Design and maintain the metadata security model which provide data and report access specific to individual users

-Served as IT Manager for the Inland Fisheries Division, responsible for $750,000 annual IT budget for fish hatcheries, research, and management.-Served as the team leader of the Inland Fisheries Data Analysis and Administration Group (DAAG), a group of analysts and programmers. Responsible for oversight of database development, application development, project management, and compliance to standards. -Conducted market segmentation analysis of fishing and hunting license buyers, trade area analysis, and customer profiling.-Administered SQL Server-based statewide aquatic resource databases containing millions of records. -Identified, tested, and implemented technologies that increased field data collection efficiency, reduced redundancy and errors-Managed and coordinated all GIS projects and analysis.-Routinely conducted GPS, GIS, and SOP training for over 200 field staff.
