The USPS OIG is the oversight arm of the USPS, performing audits and investigations to promote USPS efficiency and integrity. Last role was as the Analytics Director reporting to the agency's Chief Data Officer. I managed a team of 40+ data scientists, data analysts, and GIS analysts that work with special agents, auditors, and executives to develop analytical tools and insights for fraud detection and strategic decision-making. During my time in this role, I led the development of several new and innovative analytical tools and techniques for criminal lead generation related to multiple investigative programs and audits of USPS activities. I also led the development of the group's AI strategy and roadmap, and also started the Office of CDO's Innovation and Emerging Technologies efforts in order to modernize our data architecture and promote innovation.Received the Inspector General Award for Innovation and Assistant Inspector General Award for Excellence in 2020 and 2021, respectively

Received the 2017 Willard Wirtz Legacy Award for exceptional performance and accomplishments in public service that exemplifies accountability, responsibility, and emerging leadership skills. Advised Labor Department executive leadership in achieving property program oversight and performance goals for 14 DOL agencies nationwide. Served as DOL’s technical expert on property regulations, policies and procedures to DOL senior management and Regional Administrators. Served as the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) on several contracts supporting business operations ranging from moving services and property disposal to IT system development. Assisted in the management of DOL's 4 million square foot leased real estate portfolio, from external reporting to OMB and GSA, to data analysis and data visualization using GIS tools.

NAVAIR provides integrated logistics support (ILS) to Naval aircraft and Naval weapons systems. As a senior acquisition logistics analyst, I served as a NAVAIR logistics representative for the US Navy’s MH-60R/S “Seahawk” helicopter’s Assistant Program Manager of Logistics (APML) to other DoD commands and Defense contractors, ensuring that logistical requirements of the H-60 aircraft were adequately prioritized and addressed. -Created and implemented a database and Excel dashboards to monitor the logistical health of all H-60 helicopters and supporting equipment worldwide, provide key metrics to senior military and civilian leadership (SES and Flag Staff) in the H-60 aviation community. -Developed several key readiness metrics to assist in the identification of logistics bottlenecks and tracking readiness progress for the H-60 aircraft, resulting in proper prioritization of H-60 requirements within DoD. -Coordinated with NAVSUP and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contracting officers to reduce Procurement Lead Time (PLT) on critical H-60 aircraft degraders by identifying and awarding Performance-based Logistics (PBL) contracts that met PBL criteria, increasing parts availability.

Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement MedalLogistically supported the combat aviation drawdown in Iraq, combat buildup in Afghanistan, 8 Marine Expeditionary Unit deployments, and the first deployments of the UH-1Y and MV-22B platforms. During this time, led mentored, and trained 10 logistics expeditors who directly impacted logistics support to over 1,400 Navy & Marine aircraft in Iraq, Afghanistan, and onboard Naval ships. Also led the development of a Integrated Logistics Support team by building and leveraging relationships, performing data collection/analysis, developing forecasting models, and reviewing technical directives and assisting in policy development/revision. Also developed and implemented a MS Access database that seamlessly built deployable warehouses based on demand forecasting models, decreasing local customer wait time by over 75%.
