Even from the beginning it was the externally-facing features that I've found the most interesting. It's about seeing things from the customer's side, but also challenging them. The classic "no one asked for a car, but faster horses". This is how we get to innovate and not just make something that's a little different from competition, but sometimes flip things totally around.As we've grown I've started to wear a more clear "hat" and now I get to lead our team while we keep helping our customer's build better IoT devices.Inside the company I've cared a lot about helping to create a culture where we are open and social.
