Responsible for Consultancy and Support:- Translate the business unit objectives into concrete services and increasing value added functionality. - Lead and facilitate the process to raise the professional services to a higher level. - Coach, stimulate and use the strengths of the team to ultimately achieve the business unit objectives.

- Responsible for the production and logistics departments (250 FTE). This includes parts production, powder coating, assembly, warehouse and logistics, department planning/expediting, engineering and maintenance. - Create a balance between Daily Operations (stable and focused organisation, based on facts & figures, standardisation and visual management) and Continuous Improvement (kaizen teams, focus on flow and waste reduction) within the end to end supply chain.- (Partly) responsible for implementation of investments, including a new assembly hall, powder coating line and distribution hall.

- Support manufacturers on the journey to World Class Manufacturing, both top-down (create a ‘Lean’ vision and ensure the prerequisites for successful implementation are identified) as well as bottom-up (teach the shop floor how to use the kaizen toolbox).- Lean tool specialist: create Lean tools for customers to better understand and implement Lean concepts. Provide assistance to colleagues in Lean issues and questions.

Responsible for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing in cooperation with Porsche AG.- Create kaizen awareness and continuous improvement activities in entire organisation.- Responsible for workshops (at all levels) and project planning of Continuous Improvement.- Setting up a KPI dashboard for monitoring objectives.- Qualifying and coaching of employees in projects and workshops.

- Manage people (35 FTE) and resources to KPIs such as delivery performance and productivity.- Improve performance, including the implementation of “one piece flow” in the hose assembly line.

- Identifying and solving problems within Production, Logistics, Sales and Purchasing departments.- Designing, testing, implementing and documenting new and changed working methods.- Implementing SAP at sister companies (Production and Logistics).- Support resolution of operational SAP issues (as key-user).

Set-up an information system to monitor orders, inventory and customer communication. The solution made it easier to follow the leadtimes and status of sold new cars (from order to cash).

- Support set-up of Business Development (warehouse and value added services).- Implementation of a CRM-tool (Customer Relationship Management) for Benelux.
