Providing support on the implementation of RBAC within Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs(DUO) with the help of the tooling: CA Identity Manager and CA Identity Governance.

Responsible for the implementation of a new Ping Identity full stack solution at a registrar. Giving advice on API implementation and the integration of third-party identity provider to allow the use of eIDAS: correlating government identity on local identity.

Within my role as technical system manager at Logius | Routeringsvoorziening I’m responsible for the development of the technical processes and the configuration of the servers for hosting a metadata file for the Routeringvoorziening. The Routeringvoorziening is a pilot solution that enables dutch companies to connect with multiple authentication services(eIDAS and DigiD) through a single connection. With my knowledge from my previous assignment at Logius, I helped them with the development of the technical processes in this new department.

As a technical system manager within Logius eHerkenning, a governmental Identity & Access Management solution, I was responsible for the maintenance of the technical systems and I was the single point of contact for the participants of eHerkenning.Besides the maintenance of the systems, I fulfilled also the role as technical project manager for the transition to a new system integrator and the migration of a softwaretool. Within this role I gained experience in: - Incident management; - Project management;- Technical support to client;- Maintenance and monitoring of certificates for security and encryption; - SAML federation protocol;

As a workplace administrator I was responsible for the support of end users at the Kadaster. These were both end users of the client but also Capgemini colleagues. Besides supporting, analyzing and fixing issues of CI's was a big part of it.

In 2010 I started as a sales advisor at the computer department of Media Markt in Arnhem. In this role, I was responsible for the sales and presentation of computers, computer accessories etc. On top of advising clients about their purchase, problem solving for issues was one of my daily tasked. This resulted in clients that returned to the shop and specifically asked for my assistance.

Sendsteps is a system that makes presentation interactive and provides the audience with the possibility to participate. The audience can send in questions or react to statements through internet. As a moderator at Sendsteps I was responsible for offering technical support for the systems. Furthermore, I advanced presenters regarding what the best manner is to interact with their audience. In my role as a moderator during conferences, I took care of the issues regarding IT-support. I made the presentation in advance and, if necessary, I had to made last minute adjustments on the scene. This required myself to be flexible and to make quick changes. The result was a satisfied client that was able to analyse the collected data from the audience and questions.

In the final phase of my degree I conducted a research within Accenture Netherlands. Within the Oracle department he researched what the functionalities of Oracle Service Cloud are and within which sector Accenture can roll this service out. As the Oracle Service Cloud was recently added to Accenture’s portfolio, I did an researched to the functionalities the program had. To be able to describe this, I had to do a literature review and conducted interviews. Based on this research I wrote an advice report for Accenture, which contained the different sectors and companies that they could focus on. My conclusion was shared with the Accenture Oracle Management’s department trough a presentation and advice report.

SSC-ICT Haaglanden is the administrator of over 30 000 workstations within the Dutch national government. As a part of my degree, I did an internship here. During this internship I was able to assist with setting up and conducting test scripts. Moreover, I offered support during test sessions with end users. As a member of test management within SSC-ICT Haaglanden I fulfilled the position of Test Consultant. I was a member of a team that collaborated with functional administrators of the ‘Rijksportal’ – a government Intranet portal. During this period a portal update needed to be done. Before the updates could go live I tested the requirements that were set up by the management. In order to do this we worked together with the functional administrator to write test scripts. This collaboration soon resulted in motivating the employees of function administration. As a result, all deadlines were achieved. The outcome of the tests was taken into consideration when a release report was being constructed for the management.

Equint B.V. was an IT service provider for SME in the Arnhem region. After successfully completing my internship in this organisation, I became a member of the team as a network administrator. My tasks included maintaining the servers, administering network devices and solving a wide array of issues that clients had on site. As one problem is never the same within the IT sector, each issue was a new challenge. During my time at Equint B.V. as a network administrator, I was also tasked with checking and analysing network environments, implementing new network environments, migrating existing networks, administering switches, routers and firewalls, and setting up network documentation. The result of these tasks were a new or a stable network environment.
