I'm part creative, part commercial and part tech enthusiast. Whatever it is I do: I like to leave behind something standout. The best reward of making something, for me, is that people pick it up and wonder a little.As itsthefreek I create for brands & communication. My work has personality, it is optimistic, clear and colorful. On a daily basis that means:-Developing brand- and communication strategies-Designing brand identities-Building websites-Developing customer journeys with new touchpoints-Creating content like video(series) and articles-UI/UX-writing for apps. Previously I’ve built an app that turns design careers into design projects, helping designers to create the upcoming years of their career before it's there. I've also helped build a world class design leadership education brand. We worked for LEGO, Unilever, GSK, Telenor, VanBerlo and many other amazing companies. Before that I’ve worked at a bank, toured the world as a professional cyclist, and got hold of a master’s degree in communication sciences.All of these influences make for the professional I am.
