• Process Sales Order/SC as per SOP; • Performs Amendment, Cancellation or changes regarding Sales order in Oracle;• Provide Different reports to regional in charge and Management regarding sales Information; • Maintaining Regional Petty Cash; • Maintaining Dealer Files and Documentation; • Ensure compliance with sales policy & obtain authorization from management;• Coordinate with the sales officer when needed to achieve target and resolve customer issues.

• Analyze financial data regarding loan requests for new, renewal and existing loans, Information provided by branch offices; • Performs credit file inquires as requested; • Researches background documentation and reviews personal and business financial statements and tax returns; • Analyzes financial information and prepares the preliminary analysis for the lender;• Assist in preparing and conducting loan presentations for the Board of Directors and bank presentations;• Consult and work in tandem with Loan Officers in gathering appropriate documentation to resolve credit quality issues;• Authenticate documentation presented for all credit applications and ensure they meet the KYC requirements and any other requirements as required by the financial institution.
