➢ Submission of Monthly VAT Return 9.1 in both Online & Offline Return.➢ Submission of monthly withholding TAX return sec-177 of ITA-2023 in both Online & Offline Return.➢ Preparation and Issuance of VDS Certificate Mushak-6.6 (Withholding VAT Certificate).➢ Preparation of VDS report and ensure Treasury Payments to Govt. Treasury within the stipulated time.➢ Liaison with VAT/Customs officials i.e. dealing with Revenue Officers (RO), Assistant Revenue Officers (ARO)of the Division and Circle Office.➢ Preparation of party payments and VAT & TAX calculations on Tally and record to Microsoft Excel & make payment cheques.➢ Reconciliations AIT and AT for refund purposes and also preserves necessary documentation regarding TAX and VAT Assessment.➢ Preparation of Schedule -F(Cha) based on Salary TDS.➢ Submission of Schedule-G(Ccha) form based on Salary return acknowledgment receipts.➢ Preparation of VAT & TAX challan copies by complying with the National Board of Revenue (NBR), Bangladesh rules.➢ Preparation of Schedule-3 (Certificate of deduction of TAX).➢ Preparation of Withholding VAT & TAX yearly report for Accounts preparation.➢ Preparation of periodical Accounts-related Statements of the Company to meet the Statutory & Regulatory requirements and to address the Management's demands.➢ Preparation of commercial expense-related reports and reconciliation between Tally posting and commercial payment.➢ Experienced in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime posting & reporting.➢ Maintain and Monitor Accounts Payable/Account Receivables.➢ Maintaining Various Registers related to the accounts and upgrading/updating in time regularly.➢ Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Sales reconciliation between Tally Sales and VAT Return 9.1.➢ Able to work under account software environment and pressure.➢ Usage variance analysis.➢ Maintaining cash Management professionally.➢ Any other responsibilities related to Finance & Accounts assigned by the CFO
