SpheresEx teaches the importance of character, respect for self and others, and the value of life and relationships. SpheresEx teaches ethics through athletic competition and non-competitive exercises and most importantly, by example. Body - Addressing the body through the mission of SpheresEx is fulfilled through collaborations and affiliations with organizations that possess complementary services and proven track records. The holistic basketball training affiliate of SpheresEx is Hoops of Excellence, LLC. Obesity - SpheresEx is a soldier in the fight against obesity. Obesity may be combated with an activity, nutrition and self-esteem program constituting a holistic approach to health and wellness. SpheresEx is collaborating with national programs, targeted agencies and hospitals in the Greater Cleveland area in this effort. Autism - Spheres is also working with local organizations to address the concerns of obesity in the autistic population as well as developing interactive and relational skills. Inspiration vs. Incarceration - SpheresEx is working to develop an army of formerly at risk juvenile and young adult athletes who have been inspired, developed, trained and mentored by SpheresEx. Those individuals will, in turn, teach other at risk juvenile athletes to value themselves and others, choosing education, receiving inspiration and avoiding incarceration. Show less
