I have been moved to Global OT team start from 1st, April 2023 till now. Report channel has been changed from local to Global OT. But daily business is same as before.

-Lead and direct local IT team to a right goal and provide better IT service for local users -IT budget controle according to Global IT budget letter and local actual requirement -Cost control for IT Daily capacity and IT investment -IT assets management -Cover all IT issues for shoes factory ,Tannery,Cutting plant and logistic company-Compliance to Global IT security policy and standardization-Define security policies and SOPs, perform IT internal audits with global IT security team every 2 years,then make an action plan and resolve all risk which highlight on the secutiry audit -Team management (go through APR for each IT support, staff motivation,strengthen the team sprit )-Ensure all applications and IT hardware running smoothly and keep IT business continue-Deep into each business departments and highlight some improvements for business process with Global IT-Develop small web systems (as IT asset management,Telephone management,Document management,Customer claim recording system...etc.)-Provide proactive system monitoring to ensure high availability for servers, applications and network-In-house management and maintenance of all IT systems-Systems backups and disaster recovery -Assist and Support for Vietnam Factory IT Team (Start from March till December,2019)-Factory Data analysis based on PowerBI

-Work closely with IT team to maintain all of daily IT issues and support documentation-Systems backups and disaster recovery planning-Maintain and support on network and PABX connection -Maintain and support on internal servers(ERP, Mail ,OA,printer …)-Handle system access and maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity & security -Manage the asset life cycle process, maintaining hardware inventory, accurate cycle counts, and disposal processes -Help to evaluate hardware and software solutions and participate in IT projects-Provide proactive system monitoring to ensure high availability for servers, applications and network-In-house management and maintenance of all IT systems

-The primary responsibility of IT training on below software . Digital Video and photo part : Photoshop , Video Studio Editor , Flash Software part : Front page , MS Access database -Develop some basic management DB system IT Asset manage system Customer infromation manage system Teacher and Training course manage system
