• Started a lacrosse camp company in Denver, Colorado in order to encourage the development and love for the game of young lacrosse players in the Greater Denver Area• I would market, plan, coach and manage up to five camps per summer, totaling 5 weeks of camps per summer• Would hire players from both professional and college lacrosse teams to bring enthusiasm and a new view of the game and strategy to our attendees• Really enjoyed the opportunity to mentor these young kids, teaching leadership and teamwork, and the value of motivation and hard work
